Estate Landscape Management and Commercial Grounds Services at Rice’s offer a different level of service from your average lawncare company. As a client manager, Ty Hartman is your primary contact and coordinator for all work performed on your residential or commercial property.
Rice’s Estate Landscape Management, or Commercial Grounds Services, provides year-round, property care that extends well beyond mowing. We provide full-service work that includes weed control, bed maintenance, pruning, irrigation care and more.
When you first contact Rice’s for a consultation, you’ll be assigned a client manager to assess your property, take measurements and discuss your expectations. Your proposal will reflect your personal needs and desires for your property.
“We’ve recently held prospective client meetings over Zoom, so we can do whatever the client is most comfortable with,” says Ty. “We also let the prospective client know when we’ll be walking the property, so you know when to expect us.”
After the initial discussion with the home or business owner takes place and measurements are collected, the client manager puts together a proposal for you to review. Client managers are skilled at assessing property and seeing opportunities or concerns to address.
“Once a client signs on, we continue to conduct routine property audits,” says Ty. “We ensure work is done to your satisfaction. We can also recommend any enhancements that will add to the beauty and functionality of your property or respond to any needs or requests you might have.”
The ability to add enhancements to your service is a benefit of being a Rice’s full-service Estate Landscape Management client. Enhancements are one-time projects that supplement your scheduled work.
“We don’t offer a la carte services but for our Estate Landscape Management clients, we will take on one-time projects,” says Ty. “And if you have a special event coming up, such as a party or wedding, your client manager can offer suggestions, ideas and proposals for your consideration.”
If you do choose to add an enhancement, your client manger will be on site the day of the work to make sure everything runs smoothly.
"We like to say we’re your full-service maintenance provider – irrigation, lighting, fertilizer, pruning – you don’t need multiple contracts. You have one contact who coordinates everything," says Jason. This includes working with outside subcontractors for things like concrete, fencing, power washing or gutter cleaning. Your Rice’s client manager can handle all of the legwork for you.
Rice’s often does commercial property maintenance for a company as well as the home of the president or CEO, giving them one contact for both. If you own several properties, the client manager can handle all of the properties as well. "With a client manger, one person is always accountable for your work," says Jason. "Whether you want to coordinate your service or change scheduling, request additional work or anything at all to do with your account – you have our contact info, and we’ll respond quickly."
