After the initial discussion with the home or business owner takes place and measurements are collected, the client manager puts together a proposal for you to review. Client managers are skilled at assessing property and seeing opportunities or concerns to address.
“Once a client signs on, we continue to conduct routine property audits,” says Ty. “We ensure work is done to your satisfaction. We can also recommend any enhancements that will add to the beauty and functionality of your property or respond to any needs or requests you might have.”
The ability to add enhancements to your service is a benefit of being a Rice’s full-service Estate Landscape Management client. Enhancements are one-time projects that supplement your scheduled work.
“We don’t offer a la carte services but for our Estate Landscape Management clients, we will take on one-time projects,” says Ty. “And if you have a special event coming up, such as a party or wedding, your client manager can offer suggestions, ideas and proposals for your consideration.”
If you do choose to add an enhancement, your client manger will be on site the day of the work to make sure everything runs smoothly.
