Name: Mike Mohler

Job Title: Landscape Foreman

This familiar face joined the Rice’s team in March 2015. Since then, it’s been a natural fit.

Having always enjoyed landscaping, gardening and being outdoors, Mike oversees the installation of many of Rice’s custom design landscapes and enhancements. He enjoys working with clients and helping them visualize their dream. Mike has even been known to tweak a design plan to ensure his clients are thrilled with the outcome.

Mike’s transformations are an art form. Whether he is piecing together a top rock wall or installing a new maple, Mike credits Rice’s extensive quality training as a key component of the Rice’s difference.

The pride he has in his work shows and has earned him several awards, most recently in 2017, from the Ohio Landscape Association for two projects as the job foreman.

When not on a job site, Mike enjoys family time with Angela, his wife of 9 years, and his two boys, AJ (3) and Chase (1), as well as traveling, camping, and rooting for his favorite sports team, The Ohio State University.
